These terms govern use of Eventzly. By using the site, submitting information, or starting a subscription, you agree to these terms.

Marketplace role

Eventzly is a marketplace and booking tool that helps customers and independent event businesses find and contact one another. Eventzly is not the employer, agent, insurer, or service provider for listed vendors and is not a party to agreements between customers and vendors.

Vendor responsibilities

Vendors must provide accurate business information, own or have permission to use uploaded content, maintain any licenses and insurance required for their work, honor confirmed commitments, and comply with applicable laws. Eventzly may remove misleading, unlawful, unsafe, or infringing content.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate event information and independently evaluate vendors, pricing, contracts, insurance, licenses, safety, and suitability before booking or paying a vendor.

Subscriptions and free trial

Vendor plans include a 30-day free trial. A payment method is required. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected plan automatically renews monthly at its displayed price. Later renewals continue until canceled. Subscription fees do not guarantee a particular number of leads or bookings.

Cancellation and billing support

You may cancel before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund time already billed except where required by law. For billing or cancellation help, email hello@bookeventzly.com.

Unclaimed listings

Eventzly may display public business directory information in listings labeled “Unclaimed.” An unclaimed listing does not mean the business joined, subscribed to, verified, or endorsed Eventzly. Business owners may request correction, removal, or verification.

Prohibited use

You may not impersonate another person or business, submit fraudulent requests, scrape or misuse personal information, upload harmful or infringing content, interfere with the site, or use Eventzly for unlawful activity.

Service availability and liability

Eventzly is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, vendor performance, customer demand, transaction completion, or event outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, Eventzly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from marketplace interactions.
