Eventzly helps customers discover event businesses and helps event professionals promote and manage their services. This policy explains the information collected through bookeventzly.com and how it is used.

Information we collect

We collect information submitted in customer quote requests, vendor profiles, booking requests, and support messages. This may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, event details, service areas, business information, photos, videos, social links, and pricing information.

Payments

Subscription checkout and billing are processed by Stripe. Eventzly does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy.

How information is used

We use information to operate vendor profiles, match customer requests with relevant businesses, support bookings, maintain subscriptions, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve Eventzly.

Information displayed publicly

Vendor profile information, uploaded business media, service areas, business links, and pricing details may be displayed publicly. Unclaimed directory listings use public business information and are labeled as unclaimed.

Sharing

Customer request details may be shared with relevant active vendors so they can respond. We also use service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, email, analytics, and payments. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by emailing hello@bookeventzly.com. Businesses may also request that an unclaimed listing be corrected or removed.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards and retain information only as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
